Is there an attribute to dictate the order in which you show the items on a PO when printing the document? For some reason, our PO document (customized) is not displaying the items as they were entered on the PO screen.

There are two fields: Line Nbr. (POLine.LineNbr) and Line Order (POLine.SortOrder):
Line Nbr. should be the original order that the lines were entered. Line Order changes as you drag lines up and down.
Check the Sorting And Grouping area in Report Designer to see what fields (if any) the report is sorting on. I believe the default sort is on Line Nbr.
