The mobile app was installed on an Android OS mobile phone. Login was successful and connected to the Main Company. The user attempted to change to a different company in the same Tenant, but cannot find a link or menu item to make that selection.
If I am looking right at it and not seeing it, please let me know.
In the Acumatica app at the bottom right of the screen is the icon "Settings"
Go into Settings.
Once in Settings, the first line is the site/tenant you are in. Double click on it.
You will drop down into all tenants you have access to.
If you do not see any.
1) You do not have access.
2) Your password is different than the one you logged in with.
Hopefully, this resolves your problem. If not let us know what they see.
