Has anyone used mobile alerts? We are doing some testing on 2018r2 before going live some time next month. The mobile alerts appear to be configured properly and even show as executed when viewing the business events history, but no alerts show up on my phone. I checked the phone settings and alerts are enabled for the Acumatica app. I can login to our test instance fine on the mobile app. Just no alerts.
Did you make sure that you enabled notifications in your phone's settings for the Acumatica mobile app? I've done it successfully before, but I can't remember what version I was using.
