I'm trying to have our document management software query Acumatica to find the Contacts associated with a Mailing ID in the Customer Account. We have to send a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each lot number. We have our document management software query Acumatica to find all the lot numbers per order, collect the COAs needed and place them in a folder, then we email those COAs from there. I would like to also pull in where we should email the COAs to because it is frequent that the people needing the COAs are not the Shipping Contact nor the Bill-To Contact.
My plan is to utilize the PICK LIST Mailing ID in the Mail Settings because we don't use that one, and I can't figure out how to create a new Mailing ID. Does anyone know the tables or the query needed to find this information either based on the Shipment or the Customer?

As far as I know, you'd have to do a Customization Project to modify the list, if it's possible.
I did the following in Acumatica 2020 R2 (20.204.0032) and it worked for me.
