Good Day.
I have created a custom user field in Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders named Order Reference Column, i marked it as required field, so if i create a PO from pruchase order menu it is necessary to select the certain value to go on and i have no problem, but if i create a PO from Purchase Requisition using the ACTION button i cant go on since the column is Non-Nullable, how am i going to transfer/inherit the value of custom column from Requisition to PO?

This looks like a Framework question that would be better suited for a developer. I'm pretty sure you can accomplish what you are trying to do, but I don't know exactly how.
