Recently we have enabled Exchange integration and enabled email integration.
Running the Exchange Synchronization Process successfully fetches the mails as incoming mail in MYOB Advanced (Acumatica).
The Incoming Mail Processing configuration for the Exchange account is Activated for Incoming Processing and the Main Processing is set to 'Attach to Business Account or Contact or Lead.

However this does not occur, the mail does not attach to any entity/object.
Has anyone had experience with a similar configuration?
Did you try manually running the Receive All action on the Send and Receive Email (SM507010) screen?
