How can i restrict a user not to see list of emails belong to a particular email account? For example i use two email accounts in the system. One is used for AP and the other for AR. I want to restrict a user to see the emails processed or failed for one of email account in the 'All emails' or 'Outgoing' or 'Sent'.

Checkout the Email Account Access (SM201050) screen where you can use Row Level Security to control access to email accounts.
Right. Checkout the help for the different User Group Types. For Group A (which I think is the simplest), you would have to add each Email Account to a group for them to get restricted.
