How can i restrict a user not to see list of emails belong to a particular email account? For example i use two email accounts in the system. One is used for AP and the other for AR. I want to restrict a user to see the emails processed or failed for one of email account in the 'All emails' or 'Outgoing' or 'Sent'.

Checkout the Email Account Access (SM201050) screen where you can use Row Level Security to control access to email accounts.
Hi Tim thanks for your reply. I selected a group on SM201050 > tick the user under user tab > tick the email under email accounts > save. Now when i login as a user i can still see the emails (the one not ticked) that i am not supposed to.
Let say i have group AP > group type A > one user ticked > one email account ticket (out of 3 email accounts). User can still see emails from 3 email accounts on CO409080 & CO409070.
Right. Checkout the help for the different User Group Types. For Group A (which I think is the simplest), you would have to add each Email Account to a group for them to get restricted.
