I can't for the life of me find a way to extend the endpoint of the sales order to include owner under financial settings. It looks like it is in financial settings, but nothing there (OwnerID of SOOrder). Any idea where it is hiding? Thanks.

Try this:
1. Go to the Web Service Endpoints (SM207060) screen and pull up the Endpoint Name of Default.
2. Click the EXTEND ENDPOINT button on the top and create your own Endpoint Name.
3. Go to the SalesOrder entity and click the EXTEND ENTITY button. Then click the + button to add a new row.
4. Add the row pictured in this screenshot.
