My purpose is to send notification to someone (pre-defined email addresses), when in RQBiddingVendor some field (like Status) change (on event (immediately)). And notification text should include vendor ID (field from table).
I want to send notification like this:
- ReqNbr
- Description
- OrderDate
- EmployeeID
and in table format:
So I've created Generic Inquire (join RQRequisition header and RQBiddingVendor tab fields and records are duplicated by ReqNbr) -> Business Notification (Trigger by Record Change) -> Notification Template, but the notification is not sending.
Do you have idea how to achieve this?
I have one idea, create some report exactly to the RQBiddingVendor with the special conditions, group ReqNbr in Generic Inquire and attach this report in Notification Template, but firstly I would wanted to figure out it with you.

Business events are not always firing and in my experience its due to the source generic inquiry. Even though its fine on screen to view and see data, the business event doesn't like "complex" inquiries with groupings so try make your inquiry more simple and you will see it will fire
