Do you have access to the Access Rights by Screen (SM201020) or the Access Rights by Role (SM201025) screen?

If you do, then you could give yourself permission to the screen in your error message.

Did you check if you have access to either one of those Access Rights screens?

As a definitive answer to your point: Acumatica does NOT block customizations.

You are likely blocked because your privileges got overlooked, your admin has denied you access to that screen, or your VAR has denied you access. In the case of the latter, I would look into your agreement with the VAR to see if you can get that access granted to you.

I have administrator access to Acumatica, but i cant find the the exact screen of the project details. I am new in acumatica, so i am not familiar on all those stuff. So far i am currently working with distribution modules. But there is a case i have to make a more complicated GI which require project creation because i have to create a sql view on its schema.

I'll just explore the user access anyways.

I can help you identify the screen based on your screenshot. But I want to first make sure that you can access the Access Rights by Screen (SM201020) or the Access Rights by Role (SM201025) screens. If you can access either screen, then I can help you determine where to go to give the proper permissions.

i have an administrator level account.

I found it, by unlocking the customization project browser folder found in Hidden on screen access. I have set it to delete and inherit to child.
