When you create a new business account, the Shipping Rule, under Delivery Settings, defaults to Cancel Remainder. We've set the default shipping rule based on customer class to Back Order Allowed, but when you convert a Business Account to a customer it overrides that setting to Cancel Remainder. Is there a way to set the default shipping rule to Back Order Allowed for Business Accounts like there is for Customers?
