There is a Days to Keep field on the Order Types (SO201000) screen in Acumatica:
As far as I can tell, it's used to set the Cancel By date on the Shipping Settings tab of the Sales Orders (SO301000) screen based on the Date entered:
Which can then be used to select which orders to cancel using the Process Orders (SO501000) screen:
Also note that you could use the icon highlighted on the top of the screenshot above to set a schedule that automatically canceled orders that have reached their Cancel By date.
