Hi all,

This is my first post,

I've created a new workflow, but the option to edit current states or add new is greyed out. any suggestions what i can check or what i might have done wrong?

workflowcustomisation

I've watched the below video, where the trainer has an option to edit. can't figure out where i have gone wrong.

thanks all

Adam

I've found I have to always create a new Workflow and you aren't allowed to edit their built in ones (ones marked Inherited).  Check around timestamp 1:34 in the video you linked.  I believe it's because they build their default workflows in the code.  For an example, check out "[Your Acumatica Website Folder]\App_Data\CodeRepository\PX.Objects\CR\Workflows\OpportunityWorkflow.cs"
