New Acumatica user here just learning Import Scenario process. I'm creating an import scenario to load historical support cases that our team had been storing in Excel for the past few years. I want to set dates that would normally be based on when transactions/state changes occurred (Date Reported, Last Activity Date, Closing Date). The fields are not editable in the screen I'm using (CR306000) and all attempts result in setting those values to the current date rather than the source field I'm referencing. As I'm still learning Import Scenarios, perhaps this is a basic question - can I set values for fields that I wouldn't normally be able to if I was manually creating the case using the screen? Any other approaches to this problem that would allow me to import historical data with historical transaction dates associated with them?
Thanks in advance!
You can't do anything in an Import Scenario that you cant do interactively in the page. So you need to find out how to do it interactively before attempting to do it with an IS.
