My users have been uploading uncompressed image files. Anyone know if we have a tool to compress all our images to a specific standard like you do in Excel? This is not a small or easily isolated data set, I'm really hoping we have something at our disposal for mass compression.

That would be cool. Not that I know of personally. Are you storing attachments in the database or outside in something like Amazon S3?
