We switched to Acumatica last April.  On 1/1, I tried to capture all the "moment in time" things I thought the accountant would want.  I didn't.  Is there a way to get that data back?  I'm thinking of Aged accounts payable, aged accounts receivable etc.  Once the invoices  get paid, they don't appear in the reports any more.  Thank you in advance.

Hi Christine,

You would need a Snapshot or a Database Backup from 1/1 if you really want to know exactly what things looked like on that date.

However, have you tried looking at the AP Aged Period Sensitive (AP630500) and AR Aged Period Sensitive (AR630500) reports? That might get you what you are looking for.
