I have a simple questions. I have created a number of custom attributes and added them to the user defined field tab. I was hoping to populate those fields using an import scenario. So far, when I perform the import scenario, the fields are populated and appear in the attributes tab but the values don't show in the user defined fields tab.
Is this possible? Thank you in advance.
I figured it out. The fields are found under "Customer Summary" and not "Attributes".
I'm glad to hear this works but I'm struggling because I can find the attributes fine to map them but Acumatica tells me it can't find the fields.
What is the issue? "Cannot find field 'AttributeCOMPANYID' for cache 'Customer'"
@mlutrick Melissa, do you have that Attribute setup as an Attribute or as a User Defined field? If a UDF, can you share a screenshot of the User Defined Field setup in the Customer screen?
