Is there a way to burst reports by on a report value and email them to the correct users? We can add the user name or email to the report.
If the user name or email was on the report, can we send just those pages out by email? We can do Notifications based on screens, but i have not seen anything about working with reports.
If not, I guess I can build them in OData and use excel to burst, but I lose the use of the Scheduler when doing that.
I think you would need to setup multiple templates and parameterise whatever user level filtering is required so that each user only gets the data applicable to them. Then you need to schedule all the templates. Depending on your user count, might be a lot of work.
Failing that you would need a third party product - google on "pdf splitter and email" - I have no recommendations on any of these products.
