When configuring an Automation Notifications, is it possible to insert a specific email into the Address section (one outside my organization)? Generally, you can only select contacts within your organization or a contact associated with the order or the account. My goal is to send a Pack List email to 2 outside addresses that aren't necessarily the default contact on the account or order. It won't let me explicitly give an email to send the notification to. Any tips appreciated!

Yes, you can create a user (with no access to any system screens). That USER account will then be able to be assigned on the notifications as a USER. We use this structure for a couple different notifications (internal & external).

That worked. Thank you.

Is it possible to change a setting to only send a notification once? I have a notification going to the email in the SO header and Conditions within the Notification settings of Status=Open, Date IsRelative=TRUE, and Print Status=Printed. We have orders that we'll 'go back into' and correct a ship to or make a small change. I don't want these changes to trigger another notification. I want the Status=Open to remain so it sends a notification when the order is created.

Duplicate notifications have been a struggle for me. On one hand the managers find additional notifications annoying, however, the reason for a duplicate notification is to correct something before the transaction is released (while meeting all defined conditions) and requires further correction.

Not sure how to enforce only one distribution of a notification.
