I have an eComm prospect that's deciding between Acumatica and NetSuite. Acumatica does everything except automatically select items from different warehouse locations based on certain criteria. For example, the website shows 10 wallets available. In reality, they have 3 wallets in warehouse A and 7 in warehouse B. Acumatica defaults to the primary warehouse (A) and ships the 3 existing wallets and backorders the balance. An employee can *manually* look at the other warehouses to find the other 7 and *manually* add those to the SO. Apparently, NS has this logic native; we have to create an RPA BOT to do it. We’re told that we can’t “get there” by using Business Events. RPA = Robotic Process Automation
I'm hoping that someone else has solved this problem in Acumatica and can share how to do it.
