I have an attribute setup that I need to be numeric only. It is a dollar value so I need it not be restricted in terms of length. How can I accomplish this?

Hi Brian,

Sorry, looks like I missed this post from last week.

Since the only options for attributes are Text, Combo, Multi Select Combo, Checkbox, and Datetime...

I think you would have to do a customization to get a Numeric option.

You might try asking the geeks in the Acumatica area of StackOverflow (click here) to see if they can give you an idea of how difficult this would be to accomplish with customization.

You could do this with a text type and then add a Reg Exp Validator.

Does anyone know where I can find instructions on the format/syntax for the Reg Exp Validator?  I need an attribute with for upper case, 4 numbers then one upper case letter.
