Anyone having any luck getting notifications sent to recipients? I didnt have any luck with SWK. Has anyone used their product?
I have no problem using the built-in EFT remittance advice and Notification Template. Don't know what SWK is.
Royce, I havent been able to find a setup for that in 2018r1. Would you mind starting off in the right direction?
Use the Print / Email AP Remittance Advice form to trigger sending of remittance advices. The Vendor will need an email address to be able to send the advice to. Customise the Notification Template "SupplierRemittanceAdviceNotification" to your needs.
Royce, I am using v2018r1 built 18.107.0022 but could not find "Print / Email AP Remittance Advice form" can you please let me know the screen ID? or where i can find it?
Sorry for the confusion. For some reason, the "Print / Email AP Remittance Advice form" is a custom form included with MYOB Advanced. I have no idea why the base Acumatica doesn't have such a function included.
@michael-coman, are you saying that the SWK product isn't working? Or maybe you just need some functionality that they don't offer yet?

We thought that the by now this would be a standard feature. Acumatica had short listed the idea I had thought. We are preparing a quote from a conversion from SL to Acumatica, and I thought I could save them some money and not have to use a third part add in. Does anyone here use the SWK product, are they happy with it?
