I downloaded and installed Android Nox NoxPLayer 7.0.2.0 on Windows 10 machine Its free for windows and macs.
I then downloaded the Acumatica app from Google Chrome store and install it.
I wanted to be able to run through the warehouse functions on the Acumatica app.
I had no issues connecting to an https tenant.
I did have issues connecting to a local 21R2 local instance.
I obtained my ip in the emulator http ip/localhost/Ac21R2BD0145/
Has anyone done this and had some success.
Being in the US, I try to use software made by US companies whenever possible because of all the Chinese espionage stuff lately. It looks like NoxPlayer is based in China so I just tried BlueStacks instead.
Also, I created a separate Google login so I don't have to give BlueStacks access to all of my regular Google stuff.
I'm able to login using my Local IP Address, obtained from an ipconfig command:
Thanks for the idea to look into this. I hadn't thought of the idea of using an emulator before. It's pretty nice that I can demo the Acumatica mobile app without having to connect my phone which can get kind of clunky.
