Recently while working on an issue with my vendor and Acumatica support, Acumatica mentioned that "We’ve watched their telemetry data and see a number of performance issues ".
This is the first time that i heard that Acumatica is receiving data from my app server. Does anyone have have any information about how this happens? How often are they getting data? Is it just error information?
Any feedback on this would be appreciated.
