I'm busy test driving Acumatica Project Accounting module and currently defining project templates. Does anyone know if one can setup subtasks for tasks? I don't see any mention of this in "Projects" user guide.

You can logically but there isn't a seperate data table for sub-tasks.
Since the Task ID can be broken into pieces in Segmented Keys, you can break tasks down into logical components just like you can a GL Sub Account. As such, you can do something like XX.YYYY.ZZZ format in you Task ID's to represent Phase, Task, Step format.

Thanks for the feedback. I get your point that it can be defined logically via a segmented key approach but I find it strange that a more visual subtask approach, i.e. hierarchical structure (tasks, subtask, order of execution) exists in the Business Process Scenario tool, but not within the Project module.
