Hi there My client is looking at producing Gannt charts using data for projects and tasks.
The solution of integrating to Smartsheet's is of interest, but they want ability to see the Gannt for say all projects for one customer and not one at a time. It appears that they can only do one project at a time with Smartsheets. If anyone out there has experience in this can advise if this is able to happen, or if anyone has found another solution that enables scheduling of projects in this manner that will be appreciated.
Thanks
Leanne,
From what I’ve seen of SS this is very doable, although I am not sure it would be a view available from the Acumatica side.
The functionality in SS that should handle this is “Report” which can easily stitch together and stack multiple schedules pulling only the summary of all details lines for any given condition (customer = xxx).
I’ve recently started a SS subscription and working through a couple things, but admittedly I’m not trying to integrate with my Acumatica instance that were still working towards 1/1/2022 go-live, I may not be much for help at this time

I don't have much experience with the Smartsheet integration to Acumatica. The big advantage of it though, in my opinion, is that it's read/write. You can make changes in Smartsheet and they sync back to Acumatica.
If you don't need it to be read/write and you just want a "report", then Power BI has a nice Gantt chart for this. See screenshot below. If that sounds interesting, let me know. I'd be happy to show you the Gantt Chart on an AUGForums.com Live broadcast. There are a number of different options that we could experiment with. I could do a 10pm Eastern Time (UTC-05:00) broadcast on a weekday. That would be 11am Perth Time (UTC+08:00).
Thanks so much and glad there is options. My client is definitely looking for the read/write option so think its worth giving Smartsheets a test to see how it can flow through for them by doing the customer option. Thanks for the offer Tim and I will give SS a go first, and get back to you on the Power BI option..so many cool things in Power BI, its brilliant.
