Enabling MSMQ
It would sit there stuck, hanging, forever. Seriously, forever.
Eventually, I tried opening up Task Manager and found that I could expand Acumatica Configuration Wizard and End task on Dism Host Servicing Process
Eventually, I did get this message pop-up:
MSMQ can't be enabled at the moment.
The remote procedure call failed.
But I was just happy to get the installation routine moving again so it could finish and actually install the application.
I wouldn't do this if the install was on a production server, but it's ok for me installing a Test instance on my laptop.
