I want to give a specific user on my tech team the ability to create new Acumatica users and apply relative security roles. I don't want to give this tech person any other sys admin rights, I just want them to create new users, tweak the user settings, assign them to access roles, and save the new user.
I've given them edit & granted rights to everything under the USER SECURITY for this new role they are in. They now have access to the USERS screen (SM201010), but they are lacking the + in the tool bar to insert a new record.
Any advice? Is it a hidden screen I need to tweak security on to allow the ability to insert a new record? If so, I'm at a loss to figure out which one that might be.

Edit only gives you the Save icon. You need Insert to get the + icon.
