Trying to add a Report Designer Parameter for Customer Location, after the user selects a Customer . I have tried several examples=Report.GetFieldSchema('Location.LocationCD')
but is not working. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You might want to try the technique that's used on the Sales Order (SO641010) report. It's not using the fields that you want, but you can see the technique in the second parameter:
=Report.GetFieldSchema('SOOrder.OrderNbr,OrderType')
