Questions Report AR64100 shows blank if I create Credit Memo without inventoy ID

Hi Everyone

I did a very stupid thing 😰

My company is new to Acumatica June 2020. we thought report SO643000(Sales invoice) is same with AR641000(invoice&Memo),so I keep updating SO643000, then change file name and upload to AR641000.

Today I find AR641000 report shows blank for Credit Memo without inventoy ID(screenshot attached). System original version works well if I disable all my uploaded report versions。

Does anyone know where is the problem for this scenario. Now SO643000 goes far away after 4 months, repeating all my SO64000 settings to AR641000 original version is a huge Job 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭

It looks like you have an Inner join from ARTran to SOLine that might be causing the issue. Try changing it to Left and see if that fixes the problem.
