Questions Page Numbers in Sub Reports

Hi, We have created subreports to print 3 copies of a form. The last issue we are having is that the Page numbers are incremented in the Subreport & the Continued does not print. 
The subreports are in new group header sections.
When the report prints the Page number only prints on the last page. If the form requires 2 pages to print the Continued & page number only prints on the main form.
If I print the subreport from a menu, the page numbers do print

We are using subreports because when we tried to use a custom table with 3 records, the detail lines & not the form each printed 3 times.
