Hi All,
We have a number of report templates setup for emailing using Automation Schedules.
These are working nicely except that I cannot get anything to populate the email body.
Text entered into the Mail Settings in Report Designer is ignored. I also tried entering a TemplateID and setting up a Notification Template to match but again it is ignored.
All I ever get is an email with subject and attachment but no body which doesn't look very professional.
Has anyone come across this before and managed to resolve it?
Note: This is using the MYOB Advanced version of Acumatica.

How are you sending the email?
1. Using the SEND button when the report is visible on the screen?
2. Using the ACTIONS menu on a screen? If so, which screen?
Sound like you might be experiencing a bug in your specific version.
On the Automation Schedules (SM205020) screen, what value is in the Screen ID field for this schedule? That would determine what screen the Automation Schedule is running on. Likely it's running on the Print Invoices and Memos (AR508000) or Process Invoices and Memos (SO505000) screen. I'd be curious to see if you could reproduce the issue on one of those screens manually without involving the automation schedule.
Did this every get figured out - I have the same issue as Wayne, our automated scheduled emails works great, except for the fact that there is only an attachment and subject line, nothing in the body of the email.
