Questions Add Screen ID to print on each form as Form identifier as client has ISO9000

Hi 

Hoping someone can help me get the correct code to get the screenID for the form being printed to be on the report.  I have tried

=Report.GetDefUI('AccessInfo.ScreenID')

But its empty.  I can hard code each new form with its ID, but thought it will be quicker that this text box can be easily added to a report and it will print whichever one it is as a way of "numbering" the report for clients ISO9000 needs. 

Does anyone know the trick to either get the report file name or the site map screenID into the report?
