Acumatica OData with Microsoft Excel and Power BI

I am able to refresh data into Excel using OData, but after doing manipulations in excel can I update particular column data back to Acumatica database.

Not through OData unfortunately, it's read-only.
But can you tell me more about your situation? You might be able to use Import Scenarios or Web Services.
