I was able to get Power BI embedded into Acumatica using these instructions:
https://www.augforums.com/augforums/acumatica-odata-with-microsoft-excel-and-power-bi/embedding-power-bi-reports-in-acumatica-reply-address-error

But I now have several test apps out there and I want to delete some. The first one I want to delete is called My Acumatica Test Instance.

I tried this:

1. Go to  https://portal.azure.com

2. Search for "app registrations" on the top, then click on App registrations

3. Change the drop-down to All apps and click on the My Acumatica Test Instance app since that's the name that you gave your app in your Step 2.

4. But I'm not able to click the Trash Can Icon because it's disabled

Any ideas on how I can enable the Trash Can Icon?

Hi Fozzie,

Try this.

1. Click the Manifest button

2. Change this from true to false and click the Save button

3. Now the Delete button should be enabled

Brilliant! That worked, thank you. I guess it has something to do with multi-tenancy in Azure.

Multi-tenant is the issue.  You can also toggle the Yes/No switch to "No" ( not multi), save and then delete.

Settings (left of the manifest icon), properties, then it's at the bottom right of your screen.

Brilliant! I didn't realize that. Thanks for sharing.

Here's a screenshot

Settings -> Properties -> Multi-tenanted
