We are unable to renew our license. We used to do this every year without any problem. I attached screenshots for the errors.
Ever since the message "Your license will expire soon." appearing below our screen, we are experiencing slow performance for Acumatica. Anybody have the same problem?
We are using Acumatica Version 4.10.1249.

Rodney, I'm not a licensing expert but I strongly suggest the issue relates to your current version. You are pretty far out of date from what Acumatica currently supports. You may need to open a case with your reseller and Acumatica to get a special license file. Version 4 was retired on January 26, 2017.
