Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to modify the standard stock item GI to show all warehouses and avail qty in them? Right now we have only been able to show one (default warehouse) but we cant get the other warehouses to show. Thank you!

So you want to see the same Item listed multiple times, one line for each Item/Warehouse combination, with the available quantity displayed on each line?
