I'm trying to setup a Generic Inquiry and then mass print a custom report from the records selected in the Inquiry.  I'm doing some basic testing and for some reason it's only printing the first record that I have selected.  I found this article related to the issue.  It feels like this is something that should work though as it should be the nature of enabling mass actions so I feel like I'm doing something wrong.  Anyone tried to do this before?

I have had spotty success with Mass Actions on Generic Inquiries.

I'm not sure if this is possible. Are you wanting it to create one report with multiple pages containing all of your records?

You might need to build a processing screen for this unfortunately. I'm just not sure that Mass Actions is smart enough, but I could be wrong.

I was hoping that mass actions would work some magic for me haha.  Yeah, I'm trying to print one report with all the pages.  Basically passing multiple order numbers to the report and it running for all of the ones that were selected so they can be printed.

@david-dozer-mba curious to know if you found a solution to this one. We have a similar need where we want to export the filtered GI results to a report. The only alternative we can think of is to create a custom screen but we would prefer to stick with the generic inquiry functionality.

The client ended up deciding that it wasn't a critical need for them so we kind of just left it.  I would agree that a custom screen would be the only solution.

Thanks for the reply. We ended up going with a custom screen. We tried some of the other suggestion on the link from the first post but without success.

This probably needs a Support case because it might need to get escalated to the Acumatica engineering team.
