We are trying to make the file button highlight when a file is present on a project quote. I see it on most GI's I just can not figure out how to add it this particular screen. Thanks.

The Notes and File Attachment icons that appear in a Generic Inquiry are either for the first table listed on the TABLES tab or the table from the first field listed on the RESULTS GRID tab (can't remember which). So you have flexibility to decide which table it should pull Notes and File Attachments from.

@nperez There is a new feature in Acumatica 2021 R1 that allows you to remove them. Just set the Attach Notes To field on the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) screen to Not Applicable:
