I run into this on occasion. I have a list of conditions on this generic inquiry. All of them are working except the last 2 lines that reference the SoOrder.Status not equaling canceled or completed. Any thoughts on this. Am I missing something obvious.

Hi Brian,
The OR is showing results that do not equal "Completed" OR do not equal "Cancelled". When the Status is "Completed" it's true for the "does not equal Cancelled" condition and is displayed in the results and vice versa. If you change the OR to an AND between those two conditions it should work fine.
If the two conditions were "equals" instead of "does not equal", than an OR would be required since an AND in that case would show no results, as demonstrated in the SiteID conditions in your example.

Right on Casval. I totally agree.
Also, in the Relations tab screenshot, you should join on the OrderType field in addition to the OrderNbr field since both fields are needed to form a primary key on the SOOrder table. It's possible that two different order types can have the same order number.
