I am new here and I feel like this is a great environment and community to come to for help. I recently got hired as a Associate Systems Analyst for my company. I Believe I made a mistake and needed help to try to figure it out. I deleted a GI that was linked to a Business Event BEFORE I unlinked the two from each other. Now the Business Event is broken because there is no screen ID or GI associated in our System. What can I do to remove or edit the business event?
Unfortunately, the GI is gone unless you have a snapshot, backup, or test instance you can copy it from. Your best option is to recreate the deleted generic inquiry and remap the business event to use the new version. Luckily, the previous values used for the config of the business event should still be present to help guide you.
