Tim
we have been working in Acumatica (sandbox) new version we are seeing how we can change the items to dates i see where it will show the 13 month from the pivot table but it would bunch it up into total sales and not by the sales reps which what we would like to see. I would like to see list of all the sales reps that we carry with a total sales for the month and the margin % of which they are carrying. We are also running into the problem that it takes forever to load that report. we made the GI for total sales which can list and we can sort out by the sales reps along with a 30 day date range but we would need to know how to group all of this into a pivot table that would allow us to see this in a 13 month rolling report for the director of sales.
we would also like to do this with
Customer Class
Items Class
What are you thoughts
Hmmm, not exactly sure what you mean by 13 months. I forget, is your fiscal calendar 13 months?
Do you have a screenshot of the pivot table that you can attach to this thread? Just blur out the numbers so I can see the structure.
Actually, what might be a better idea is to dump some dummy data in Excel, then create the kind of Pivot Table that you're look for and attach that.
Here's some sample Excel pivot tables:
And here is a screenshot of the Excel pivot tables:

Sorry I haven't been able to respond. I should be able to this weekend.
no worries i understand thank you for your help i appreciate it.
I can't think of a way to speed it up. Unfortunately OData can be kind of slow. You could use Power Update to refresh it for you overnight as long as you can leave your computer on.
thank you for the reply.. we have ran into the issue of it will add all of the months together we can not get the 13 month to give us each month it looks like it just keeps adding the previous months together. do you have any thoughts on this
Are you always running this for the current month and are you using Excel 2016? If so, then you could get the 13 months if you use the Power BI functionality available in Excel 2016.
