Hi Everyone,

I was following this guide to design my first dashboards. http://www.augforums.com/an-example-of-a-dashboard-in-acumatica-6/. However, all the dashboards for Scorecard KPI and Trend card KPI are not responding and showing zeros.

Widget properties specified as shown below.

I am wondering why the dashboards are not reflecting the amount yet when i run the generic inquiry, i can see the amount being displayed.

Thank you.

Hi fnshem,

If you try changing your business date (highlighted with the red arrow below), can you get it to display any data?

Tim

I have changed the business date, however only the background color changes, the values are still 0.00M. I dont know if it has to do with the format of the data. because when I run the generic inquiry, i can see that the amount is being calculated. However the sum of the amount does not display in the Score Card.

Weird, if the color is changing then that should mean the amount is changing to drive the new color.

Have you tried using another Generic Inquiry to see if you can get a KPI number to display?

Yes I have, the amount only displays for  small totals say 802.799K, and 3.849M but for larger totals it only displays 0.00M.

What build are you running? I wonder if it could be a bug.

You can go to HELP -> About...

Then you should see your version (eg. 6.10.0472) listed

Hard to know for sure because we're working on two different data sets (I just used the SalesDemo data), but it seems like you might have found a bug and might want to try submitting a case to Acumatica.
