Our sales manger is asking for an easier way to pull a closing ratio of each sales person. In our case it would be as simple as number of quotes against the number of quotes flipped to a sales order. If the quote is flipped to a sales order it is considered sold. This seems simple enough but our partner said this was not possible in an inquiry but a custom report could be built for 4-8 hours of support.
Any thoughts or suggestion would be appreciated.
