Hi,
Does anyone happen to have any tip on the usage of Pivot Grid Widgets. I've tested a few to help with an extra layer of grouping for a client, but I have found few problems.
- Collapse and Expand seem to not work or slow down the widget.
- Which Collapse setting is used? Rows or Values?
- Can Filters be passed? I have a PeriodID and SubID and I can either to work.
- Is it easier to use Power BI for more complex Pivot?

I just tried in Acumatica 2021 R1 (21.102.0070)
1. The Collapse All and Expand All buttons seemed to work fine
2. This setting made it collapsed by default
3. I was able to use a Dashboard Parameter in the FILTER SETTINGS button area and it worked. I tested and it filtered the Pivot Table on the Dashboard.
4. I wouldn't say that it's easier because it involves another tool outside of Acumatica, but Power BI is definitely more powerful because you can create measures using the DAX formula language that do sophisticated aggregation calculations beyond basic SUM, COUNT, MAX, MIN, etc.
