Whenever I use something other than the default as the parameter in a Scorecard KPI it doesn't aggregate. Am I doing something dumb or is this how they work?
Yep just had this issue today. So frustrating.
I have experienced similar issues but only when using something other than a default date parameter. Using your example, if Month End-1 wasn't the default date parameter, I would have the same problem. I have not yet experienced them on other parameters, like account class. To work around it I use a filter in the widget.
In my experience, there are a lot of "hidden surprises" when working with Acumatica Dashboards. They surprise you when you're trying to do something that should work, but it doesn't. This looks like yet another one of those hidden surprises.
