I have an As At date parameter on my dashboard. I want to use this in a widget filter. I want to filter on a date range where the from date is 7 days before the selected dashboard parameter.
I want the user to only need to select a single date and the filters adjust accordingly. At the moment I've had to use a static from date filter with the assumption that they won't go back too far with the selected date, but this isn't ideal.
Any ideas?
I added the period start and end dates to the query result and then used a filter on those columns:
This is actually better as it limits the result to documents belonging to the financial period for the nominated date.
