I have a report showing in column form 22 locations ( each location is a sub account). A user has access to 5 of the sub accounts, however when the report is ran, all of the columns are showing $0 and drilling down shows a blank screen as if the user doesn't have access to the sub account. What is missing so the correct values show in the report for the specific sub account?

So it turned out that the user had security for the sub-accounts but not the accounts.

Ah, I see. Well at least you know that the Row-Level security is working 🙂
