I'm just new to ARM. Would it be possible to create a grouping in which GL Account as the main Group or Level then expand into Subaccounts? Please see below a sample screenshot.

If I understand correctly, I think what you are looking for is the Expand feature.
Click the magnifying glass in the Data Source column of the Row Sets (CS206010) screen:
Then choose Sub in the Expand field:

Thanks for your reply. What I'm looking for is the dynamic one the will auto populate subaccounts underneath GL Accounts. I just manually set the GL Account Code and SubAccount Code. Btw, Thanks for the velixo lin. This tool is very helpful. Cheers...:)
I'm trying to picture what that would look like. So one line for the GL Account in total, then separate indented lines underneath for each Subaccount where the total of the Subaccount lines equals the first GL Account line?
