Questions Seeking Feedback on Tax Providers

Hello all,

We are currently using Avalara as our external tax provider. We have had several issues with the integration that we have not been able to resolve, either through Avalara or Acumatica. In continuing our old method of tax preparation and reconciliation, we have also noticed discrepancies, leading our company to not trust the numbers Avalara is spitting out. 

I don't want to disparage Avalara, but we are forced to consider other options. Two other ISVs that we are looking into are CCH SureTax and Tax Cloud. All three seem very similar. Does anyone have experience with SureTax or Tax Cloud?
